How do I know what size urn I need?

The size of an urn is usually measured in cubic inches. In order to choose the right size, figure one cubic inch is equal to one pound of body weight before cremation. If your pet weighed 25 pounds before cremation you would need an urn that was at least 25 cubic inches.

How long will it take before I receive my urn?

Most of the urns we have are in stock. Depending on the time of day you place an order will decide when your urn will be shipped. We try to ship on the day you order it, but if your order is placed later in the day, we will ship it out the following day. Our pet jewelry and pet caskets will be drop shipped from the manufacturer and in most cases will be shipped out the next day. For our concrete markers allow 5 to 6 weeks for the markers to be engraved and shipped out. In any case we will notify you when you will be receiving the shipment.

How do I post an online memorial?

We wish we could have everyone post an online memorial, but due to the amount of space that images take up on a website, we can only offer this option to those who purchase one of our products. After making your purchase just drop us an email with a picture of your pet attached, along with the year they were born and the year they died, and we will put it on the website. You may also write a message up to 150 characters, including spaces, to describe your pet and what he or she meant to you.

How will the urns be shipped?

Depending on the size, most of our urns are shipped via UPS. In some cases we ship via USPS. As stated above you will be notified as to when you should receive it and how it will be coming. Depending on the location it will usually arrive within 5 to 7 days.

How do I seal my urn?

Our brass urns come with a screw on top so it can be tightly secured. Our wooden urns have screws located on the bottom for you to tighten and secure once the ashes are placed inside. Our keepsake jewelry unscrews on the top and a funnel is included to help you in placing the ashes inside. In order to seal our ceramic and corian urns you will need to use a regular epoxy adhesive that you can purchase from any hardware store.

What if I am not satisfied with the urn after I receive it?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the urn you may return it to us; we allow 14 days for you to send it back. We will then credit your account for the amount of the urn. You will only have to pay for the shipping.
